We are currently recruiting for:

Charity Manager

Based at the Old Schoolhouse, Westhill, the Charity Manager will work alongside our Services Manager and the Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator to develop and grow the charity. 

We want someone with passion, commitment and drive. The successful candidate will be hands on and get involved in all aspects of promoting, developing and growing the charity.

You will be joining a small, dynamic and friendly team who provide support, advice and training in the field of disability and support needs for people of all ages. We delivered more than 250 group sessions last year to service users of all ages and conditions and fully expect to increase that number in 2019/20.

You will play a key role in leading the charity in organisational planning; financial reporting; charity governance; facilities management and health and safety. The successful candidate will have a diverse set of skills and the ability to identify and prioritise tasks. To excel in this demanding role they will proactively address a varied workload.

You will have enhanced communication skills and be successful in building and maintaining positive working relationships. Ideally, you will have experience in managing a budget and be capable of planning, forecasting, cost control, reporting and fundraising. You will manage staff and contractors and will ensure that our premises are safe and welcoming for all who use them.

Salary circa £28,000 pro rata (negotiable based on experience)
