If you are newly registered or interested in our services then most months we hold friendly coffee mornings so you can pop in and chat with a Practitioner who can tell you all about our sessions, activities and support for the whole family.


Friendly, informal get togethers for any anyone in a caring role, who would benefit from accessing a supportive community of people in similar situations.

Sessions are led by our Family Support Practitioner, who has lived experience and will introduce discussions based on topics the group have suggested.

It is a safe space to share experiences, struggles and compare notes on what works (or doesn’t!) for you over a cuppa!

Our practitioner will share her knowledge and expert suggestions but importantly, as a parent of a neurodivergent youngster, she “gets it”!
