The workshops described on this page have all been designed for people in caring roles and will focus on homelife and how to best support your loved one whilst reducing the pressure on you and the wider family.

Our practitioners have a wealth of experience working with people with additional needs and can relate their lived-experiences to you and your situation. We create a safe place for you to ask questions and share experiences with others in caring roles.

Our workshops are delivered in both online and in-person formats throughout the year. Dates will be advertised below when they are available to book and you can click the + symbol on the below headings to read more about each workshop.
